Margaret White
A People Lease employee since November 1998, Margaret could easily be considered the backbone of the People Lease machine. She pays the bills, handles the deposits and files federal and multi-state tax payments. No role at People Lease has greater fiscal implications or is more deadline-driven. Margaret’s can-do attitude and on-the-job insights make her one of the organization’s most valuable assets.

Shirley Bordelon
A People Lease employee since February 2006, Shirley is a valuable member of the team with experience in several key areas. She handles core payroll preparation functions, as well as assisting with the monthly deduction and submission of Blue Cross/Blue Shield premiums. A testament to her importance to the organization, she was named 2006 People Lease Employee of the Year.

Paul Bowers
A People Lease employee since 2005, Paul is our lead sales associate and a superb interpreter of how best to tailor our services to the needs of any enterprise, large or small. He cultivates new business, while nurturing existing client relationships. This includes periodic assessment of client needs, making clients aware of new technology that may improve efficiency and, of course, the resolution of any service issues a client may have. Paul is also a Mississippi licensed insurance agent for Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Leslie Crenshaw
A People Lease employee since October 2011, Leslie brings over five years of experience in the banking industry. Leslie has a Bachelor’s of Administration degree from the University of Mississippi. Her primary responsibilities include workers’ compensation audit administration, monthly reconciliation and payment of supplemental policies and assisting the payroll department with daily processing.
A Mississippi native, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs.

Julie Deer
Joining People lease in April 2013, Julie Deer brings two years’ experience in the insurance industry with her. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and is currently pursuing her licensing in Life & Health.
Julie is a 2010 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received a degree in Business Administration. She also has over 3 years of experience in customer service and relations.
Julie currently resides in Jackson with her husband Brandon and their two dogs, Dollie and Lexie. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends and family.

Fran Flood
A People Lease employee since August 2001, Fran specializes in the administration of health and life insurance plans for individuals and groups. She is a Mississippi licensed insurance agent for Blue Cross/Blue Shield as well as most insurance carriers operating in the state. Extremely service-oriented, Fran believes in the power of personalized service and goes above and beyond the call to make sure our customers' employees enjoy optimum coverage at the best rates possible. She is on the Board of Directors of the Jackson Association of Health Underwriters, an ambassador for The Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership, and a member of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce.

Janice Knight
Rejoining People Lease in 2013, Janice Knight brings with her over 20 years of experience in administrative support and customer service.
As a professional who understands the innovative People Lease system, Janice has a track record of providing excellent assistance in payroll, accounting, benefits, insurance and marketing. Janice has a strong commitment to enhancing the client experience and her contributions will be utilized throughout the organization.
Janice lives in Clinton with her husband Robert, son Christopher and three dogs. She enjoys vacations with her grandchildren, who live in Vicksburg and Greenville, SC.

Lester Robinson
Joining People Lease in October 2010, Lester Robinson was hired as a staff accountant to assist in developing a new payroll division. Lester’s responsibilities at People Lease include paying taxes, filing Federal and State returns, processing payrolls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, making bank deposits and processing garnishment payments.

Lois Sellers
A People Lease employee since July 2011, Lois is the staff customer service agent who is also licensed in property and casualty, and life & health. Lois is known for great customer service and being highly customer oriented. Lois attributes her success over the years to a genuine desire to ensure that her customers are all receiving premier insurance care. Lois brings over 15 years of experience in the corporate, billing, accounting and customer service industry. Lois is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Mississippi two years ago to pursue her career in the insurance industry. Lois’ dedication and commitment to our clients gives them the peace of mind knowing their insurance needs are always handled timely and professionally. She enjoys traveling, bicycling, the outdoors, as well as spending time with friends.

Jaynee Sindledecker
A People Lease employee since 2010, Jaynee joined our staff with several years of experience in payroll. Her responsibilities include semi-monthly new hire reporting, Magnolia Federal Credit Union enrollments, and 401(k) deduction setup and payment processing. In August 2012, she received the Fundamental Payroll Concepts credential through the American Payroll Association. She is in the process of obtaining the Certified Payroll Professional credential. A California native, Jaynee moved to Mississippi in 2005. She is married to Doug Sindledecker and they have two children. Jaynee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and is involved in choir and handbells in her church.
